I’m teaching this Advanced Raw Dessert Class on Wed! We’ll be learning how to make *raw* peaches and cream cheesecake, w sliced fresh peaches and a macadamia/almond crust and *raw* chocolate mousse w coconut raspberry whip! I will be showcasing what I see as the three basic cores of raw desserts (cashew base, Irish moss, coconut) with a strong focus on decoration techniques!
