Thai Protein Overlord and Hemp Warrior Video

Thai Protein Overlord:

Sauce:
1/4 c (raw) Almond Butter
1/3 c Peanut Butter
3/4 (cooked) lentils
1 (pitted) Date
1 1/4 c Coconut Milk
1 tea Sesame Oil
1 TBS Rice Wine Vinegar
1 tea Curry Powder
1/2 TBS Curry Paste
2 TBS (chopped) Ginger
1 (peeled) Garlic Clove
1 TBS Cilantro
1 TBS Mint
2 tea Braggs

Saute:
8 oz Seitan
1 c (chopped) Broccoli
1 c Edamame
3/4 c (sliced) Crimini Mushroom
1/2 c (sliced) Green Onion
3/4 c (halved) Cherry Tomato

Topping:
Crispy Tofu- 1/2 lb (extra firm/cubed) Tofu / Enough sesame oil to get 1/4 inch deep in pan
2 c (cooked) Quinoa
1/2 c (fresh) Spinach
1/3 c (toasted) Cashew
1/8 Gogi Berries
1/4 c (toasted) Hemp Seed

Hemp Warrior:
8 oz Tempt brand hemp milk
1 scoop Sun Warrior protein powder
1 frozen banana
1 c frozen strawberries

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend.

The Overlord is SOO good. I slammed it down. Just finished my leg workout before cooking it. Amazing! I wasn’t sure how many servings this is…I figured about 4? Me & my guy Will be having the rest tomorrow! Thank you so much! I went vegan over 2 months ago & with food like this available, I’m definately staying vegan!! :)
